MARCH 31 – ROTARY CLUB MENTOR SCHOLARSHIP – For students planning to attend college in Mississippi; applicants must have an 18+ on ACT; 3.0 GPA and combined family income does not exceed $60,000 as determined by the FAFSA(see Mrs. Carrington for application packet)

 

MAE ZIFCAK GIRL SCOUT FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP –

Applicants must be registered with Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi Council Award is for $750.00. Go to www.cfgf.org/scholarships.html

 

APRIL 22 – THE MADISON-RIDGELAND ROTARY CLUB’S ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST -  All graduating seniors continuing their education are eligible for this $750.00 scholarship(see Mrs. Carrington for application)

 

MAY 1 – MISSISSIPPI MUNICIPAL LEAGUE SCHOLARSHIP– Applicants must be children or grandchildren of employees or elected officials of Mississippi municipalities and to high school seniors working part-time for a member municipality of the Mississippi Municipal League and is co-sponsored by Phelps Dunbar.

MAY 6 – EXTEND THE DREAM SCHOLARSHIP –This scholarship for $1,000 is sponsored by The Southern Association for College Admission Counseling. Applicants must have at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA; demonstrate financial need; demonstrate a commitment to community service, social justice issues and/or leadership qualitieswww.sacac.org/extend-the-dream-scholarship
