WiFi Issues

Saving Files
Students: Be sure when you're saving files on your iPad that you save to OneDrive and not your iPad. We can recover lost files from OneDrive but not your iPad. Also, this allows you to access your OneDrive files from any device in case something happens to your iPad. 
Apps
Apps will the pushed for individual classes. In order for your iPad to receive the apps, it will need to be charged and turned ON. If an app your teacher has asked you to use cannot be found, please follow these steps:
    1. Restart your iPad
    2. Do a hard restart by holding down the Power & Home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo shows up
    3. Reset by going to Settings > General > Reset (next to last option on right) > Reset All Settings.
 
 
 
Should you have technical difficulties, please submit a Tech Work Order via the St. Joe website. Select Contact Us > Technology Help Work Order and begin at the section titled “Contact Information” all the way to the Submit button.  Give lots of details and be specific.
