Mr. Matthew Sigler is entering his eighth year of teaching at St. Joseph. For his first six years at St. Joseph, he taught English, but has now transitioned to sophomore Theology and is beginning his second year in the subject.

Mr. Sigler is a graduate of St. Joe from the class of 2010 and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in journalism and minor in English in 2014. Mr. Sigler is a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Madison. He is the father of two sons (Carson 5, and Cooper 2) and enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is also a huge sports fan.

Mr. Sigler is also entering his eighth year of coaching baseball at St. Joe. He was a part of the 2018 MHSAA Class 2A State Champion coaching staff. He also is the head middle school baseball coach.

Mr. Sigler is also returning to the football coaching staff this year after serving on staff for three years previously. He will serve as an assistant coach.
