3A & 4A North State Softball Tournament Hosted by Bayou Academy at Bear Ben Park, Cleveland, MS (TBD)

Bayou Academy is excited to be hosting the 3A and 4A North State Softball Tournament September 27 and 29, 2025 at Bear Pen Park in Cleveland, MS. 

Please have your softball coach email your school’s softball team roster and team picture to [email protected] by Tuesday, Sept 16 for the Tournament Media Guide. 

Admission- $10 for all spectators. Regular athletic passes (the numbered pass) will NOT be honored. MAIS membership cards, however will be honored. Wrist bands will be provided upon entry for anyone that plans to come and go throughout the day. 

Entry Fee- Each team will pay an entry fee of $225 to the tournament director before being allowed to participate. Checks should be made payable to Bayou Academy. Entry fees should be given to Mollie Blair, Heather Robinson or Callie Towles upon arrival. 

Live Stream- Please make checks payable to Bayou Academy and have them with your Entry Fee check. See MAIS website/post office for streaming fee information.

Park Restriction- No individual coolers will be allowed. Each team will be allowed to bring in ONE TEAM COOLER for coaches and players.

Media Area- The area behind each home plate will be designated for each school to set up media/live stream equipment. No tents are allowed in this area. Spectators are restricted from this area also. 

Hospitality Tent with tables, chairs and cooler of drinks will be located between fields 3 & 4 for all coaches and school administrators. Each school will be given vouchers for coaches and administrators to get food from the concession stand. 

Additional Restrooms- Port-a-johns will be located between fields 2 & 3 to provide extra restrooms.
