Bio

Lou Ann Turner is a graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi and Delta State University with a master’s degree in Art Education and an undergraduate degree in Fine Art. Mrs. Turner grew up in the Mississippi Delta, which is currently the inspiration for her artwork. While spending free time making pottery, painting, and knitting, she also enjoys visiting family. Teaching at St. Joseph for the past eleven years has been a rewarding experience! She believes that by doing what you love, you inspire and awaken the hearts of others.
