Students create masterworks of art: paintings, sculptures, pottery

Saint Joseph Catholic School offers visual art classes to middle school and high school students.  Each art class convenes in the Fine Arts Building in specially designed studios. Three classrooms are dedicated to the visual arts. The pottery studio boasts eight electric potter’s wheels, two kilns, and a new slab roller.

Current class offerings include Visual Art 7, Art I, Art II, Art III, Art IV, Drawing, Painting, Pottery I and Pottery II.

The Visual Arts program presents Bruin students with the opportunity to experiment with various two-dimensional and three-dimensional media.  Student artwork created in the studios can be observed on display throughout campus.
