Bio

Mrs. Pieroni received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi and her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Mississippi College. She has taught for 31 years in DeSoto County, Jackson Public Schools, and Madison County Schools. She was awarded Teacher of the Year at Madison Avenue Upper Elementary and Humanities Award at Germantown High School. Mrs. Pieroni was the head tennis coach at Germantown High School and assistant tennis coach at Madison Central High School. During this coaching career, she has won numerous district championships and five state championship titles.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her husband works in real estate at Keller Williams. Her daughter, Crawford (23) is in Occupational Therapy School at UMMC and will be getting married in August. Her daughter, Claudia (20) is a junior at Ole Miss majoring in Computer Science. The Pieroni family are members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Mrs. Pieroni enjoys playing tennis, walking, and reading in her spare time.
