Bio

Coach Dykes has been teaching and coaching since 2013. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Miss in Coaching and Sports Administration. He has coached Boys and Girls Basketball, Soccer, Softball and Baseball. He currently teaches US History I and US History II. Along with his teaching duties he is also the assistant coach for Middle School football, JV and Varsity Softball and Middle School, JV, and Varsity Baseball.

The few days a year that Coach Dykes is not coaching or teaching he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, who works at UMMC in University Heart, and his two boys, Jason who plays soccer at Southwest Community College, and his youngest son Joel who attends Florence High School. He also enjoys traveling, and is currently trying to visit each NFL stadium to watch a game.
