FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION FOR SENIOR PARENTS:
It’s important for students and families to understand the types of resources available for funding a college education. As important, students and families need to know the timeline for applying in order to get the most scholarships and financial aid. The four sources of financial aid are private
scholarships(get2college.sitewrench.com/scholarships), money that comes directly from the college or university(get2college.sitewrench.com/college-and-university-scholarships),federal aid(get2college.sitewrench.com/fasfa-federal-aid), and state aid(get2college.sitewrench.com/state.aid. Most students get money from all sources and deadline are very important.
THE FAFSA IS REQUIRED FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID.
The FAFSA results may also be used for private scholarships, money that comes directly from the college or university and also for state financial aid, all with different deadlines. Parents can now complete the FASFA beginning in October. For assistance in filing your FASFA contact Get2College at 601-321-5533 or email, firstname.lastname@example.org
