The band program offers instruction on traditional band instruments at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Beginner and intermediate bands include 7th grade students. Advanced music is offered to grades 9-12. This program features students at school functions such as worship services, pep rallies, athletic events and seasonal musical productions.  This year a Jazz Band class was added.  The Jazz Band plays at the Draw Down and other special events.  The Band is under the direction of Mr. Ronnie Russell.  Mr. Russell came in 2004 and had only 12 students in the band.  This year has 100 students in the marching and Jazz Band combined.
