Singing made easy: Choral music program is tops

The St. Joseph choral music program includes a high school performing choir and introductory level music instruction to all seventh- and eighth-grade students. The choral program helps students improve their musical knowledge by listening to and analyzing various types of music, reading and notating music, and performing music. Students study vocal techniques that will allow them to better use their voice as an instrument.

The choir has several opportunities to perform throughout the school year; including at weekly school Masses and performances in the community and for the school. The choir also performs in the "Gifts of the Season” Christmas concert in December and in during the year-end spring concert in April.
